Virtual Pilot 3D

VirtualPilot3D BannerIf you’re looking for up-to-date info about the new Virtual Pilot 3D Flight Simulator Game then you’re in the right place!

Virtual Pilot 3D is one of the top flight simulators available online, and is getting rave reviews all over the internet!

It has reviews on IGN, Gamespot, Metacritic and AOL gaming is calling it one of the top flight simulators ever.

Despite all the positive attention and media buzz, the two big questions about the game have yet to be answered:

Does Virtual Pilot 3D deliver a realistic Plane Flying experience? Is it the Best Flight Simulator Ever??

We think this might be revolutionary in terms of providing the most features of any flight simulator game, so we gave it a try.

Below is a list of some of the major features we love in this new game…

  • Hundreds of planes to use, from the earliest Wright Brothers flying machines to the newest military fighter planes
  •  Mega-detailed scenery, including grand canyon, mount rushmore, and other international locations
  •  Fly almost anywhere in the world, there are hundreds of airports available that you can land in
  •  Multiplayer support allows you to play with people around the world, take part in flights with friends over the internet and co-pilot flights for others.
  •  Autopilot feature allows you to take long breaks while you fly steadily over the ocean or land, just come back when you need to land the plane and you’ll be fine!
  •  Works with google maps to include locations all over the world, so you navigate perfectly to your destination
  •  Super easy to download and install, we decided to check this game out and once we saw the website we were playing within just minutes.
  •  Low quality feature, so if your computer isn’t up-to-date you just run it in low quality. It doesn’t look much different but will definitely run more smoothly, this game works well with almost any computer.

“Check Out What People Are Saying…”

 What about the cons?

  • Some people don’t like real-time games where you have to go land the plane at a certain time.
  •  You can crash the plane if you aren’t paying attention or if you leave the game for a long time you can run out of gas. This happened to us a few times!
  •  Some places in the game the scenery doesn’t render well the first time, it may take a long time to load but after that it will work great.

 Overall Conclusion…

This is by far one of the best Flight Simulator games we have played!

The graphics are awesome and super realistic and the real world scenery looks incredibly realistic.

The game play is smooth and very fun, we especially love taking off and landing the plane, these are the most fun parts that you MUST try.

Our favourite thing is how easy it is to use, anyone can just download and start playing within like ten minutes.

P.S – This is a Great Flight Simulator game, we give it 9.5/10 and think everyone should give it a try today!

I’m not really fan of digital delivery system because it makes me feel like I don’t own the game. In fact, what happens when the company decides to shut down the server or if the company itself goes down? What then? Do I lose the game forever, meaning that I can’t install on another computer? As you can see, that’s a problem. So my question is simple. Does this game come in a physical DVD? Do I get the physical copy upon purchase?

    • Milan says:

The short answer is yes. Go to the members area after the purchase of VirtualPilot3D and specify your address there. After that, you won’t have to download anything if you don’t wish to, because 4 physical DVDs of VirtualPilot3D will be sent to you promptly.

I bought a 27 inch monitor just to play virtual pilot 3D and I’m really looking forward to my first flight. I got an old joystick I used to play arcade games on pc, but I don’t know if that’ll be compatible though. Best thing about this is that I don’t have to wait for the game to arrive by mail and I can start playing it right away, so no need to complain about delivery time. Isn’t technology awesome? 🙂

  3. Charlie says:

I’ve been putting off buying this game because I have a tendency to play games for hours on when I get hooked into one really badly. I have a feeling virtual pilot 3d will turn out to be one of those games and if so there will be many sleepless nights once I purchase the game. My girlfriend will hate me for weeks and my buddies will think that I’m getting stoned all day long lol. Well, let’s see how many days I can continue to play this game without sleeping.

  4. Jason says:

I don’t own a joystick that’s specifically made to play games like flight simulators and I rather not spend my money on them if I don’t have to. Can the game be played without any special hardware? Also, is it more fun to play with a joystick or is playing with mouse and keyboard just as fun?

    • Milan says:

The game has been designed so that you could seamlessly play with mouse and keyboard combination or with other supported hardware. As far as the which is more fun is more of a personal preference, but if you’re used to playing games with mouse and keyboard, then we’re sure you’ll get the full experience of Virtual Pilot 3D without any extra hardware.

I used to play flight simulators a whole lot when I was younger. I had grown out of the genre by the time I was a college student, but lately I’ve been itching to give it another spin. There are some options out there, but virtual pilot 3d looks the best so far. I got a good gear to run the game smoothly too, so let’s hope that it’s as fun as I remember it to be.

If you can’t go on a vacation to Paris because of money constraint, then I say we should get there at least virtually 😀 I haven’t been on a proper vacation for the past 2 years because I had to take two pay cuts and hour reductions. I’m itching for a vacation overseas, but it’s a pipe dream at this point since money’s so tight. Oh hell… you gotta find other ways to enjoy life. I love traveling, so I’ll try to get some relief by playing virtual pilot 3d. At least I hope so.

  7. Aaron says:

I’m getting sick and tired of the shooters and open world RPGs and I want to do something different for a change. I’ve never been a fan of the simulation genre, but lately I’ve been warming up to it thanks to several excellent new simulation games that were released. I’m having a ball with train simulator, so I could only imagine how much more fun I’d be having playing a flight simulator. I could probably play for hours and not get tired of it.

Most of the new pc games have very high minimum requirements to even play the games in the lowest setting. My pc is already 4 years old and it’s not a very powerful rig. Can the Virtualpilot be played on old or low end pcs?

    • Milan says:

The designers of VirtualPilot3D were aware of this issue and they made sure to design the game, so it could be run smoothly on many different settings. The Minimum requirement for VirtualPilot3D is as follows:

      1. a 2 GHz, dual-core CPU
      2. 512 MB Ram
      3. 1024 x 768 px Display with at least 16 bit color
      4. DirectX compatible graphics card with 128 MB Ram

As you can see the minimum requirement can be met by most average household computers. Also, keep in mind that the game will smartly utilize multiple cores, if the game detects that you have a computer with a powerful processor that comes with multiple cores.

      • BuggyWoo says:

Good to know because my pc isn’t as powerful as most new ones, although it’s definitely more powerful than the minimum requirement for this game. I wasn’t even thinking about buying a new game because my pc’s weak specs, but I’ll gladly take a flight to Italy over the weekend on my bedroom captain’s chair ;p

  9. Thomas says:

Flight simulator was really fun when I played it back in 2007, but I haven’t played it for several years now and I’m not sure if I’ll have as much as I had back then. The game that I played back then wasn’t virtual pilot 3d and I never played this game before. I’ve read a lot of reviews for this game and they seem to be very good. It looks like a safe bet, so hopefully it’ll be worth ditching my girlfriend for some weekend flights.

  10. CptCrunch says:

The multiplayer feature of the game is biggest selling point for me, since the game seems very popular and that means you’ll find lots of other players online. I should find people of similar flying style with me and we could set up a regular flight time so we can fly together. I bet there are forums and such for those meets. Single player is great, but flying with your buddies or other like-minded people together is even more awesome.

  11. Josiah3982 says:

The last thing I want is to purchase a game that forces to buy other things or additional features to be able to truly enjoy the game. Are there any hidden charges or extras to buy? Tell me that this is a one time payment purchase.

    • Milan says:

      Hi Josiah3982,

Please be assured that you pay only once for VirtualPilot3D. There are absolutely no extra purchases necessary and there are no hidden fees. You’ll also be glad to know that the updates for VirtualPilot3D are free for life.

  12. Blake says:

A professional pilot says he likes the game and there’s probably no better testimonial to a flying simulator than coming from a real pilot. I wasn’t so sure about this game at first, but the more I read the reviews the more I like it. Oh hell, it’s got to be better than the 60 bucks 360 games that have 10 hours gameplay and absolutely no reply value. I’m done buying games at premium just to have them sit on my desk after a single play through.

  13. Trish says:

What? We got no girls playing this game? Am I the only girl who’s showing some love for flight simulators? I tried this game at my brother’s place and I freaking loved it! I used to tease him all the time for spending so much of his time on this, but I totally see now why he gets so immersed into it. I’m gonna get myself a copy too and just get lost in the game for hours on.

  14. Kevin says:

i own couple of desktops and a laptop and I’d prefer to install the game on all my systems. I know that most games nowadays don’t allow this and you’d need to purchase extra copies of the game if you wish to have multiple installs. So is it the same story with virtualpilot3d? Is it one copy one install or can I install it on multiple computers?

    • Milan says:

      Hi Kevin,
I’m happy to inform you that VirtualPilot3D allows multiple installs after you make the purchase… In fact, you can install the game in as many systems as you’d like and the license never expires. Immediately after the purchase, you will receive a link to the private members area and you can start your download to the system of your choice from there. If you want, you can opt for the 4 DVD option at no extra cost to you.
